Welcome to the April 2007 edition, our very first edition of The Carnival of Nourishment. We have some very interesting interpretations of nourishment this month.
Wenchypoo presents Traditional Food Preservation, or How to Tell When Your Yogurt Goes Bad posted at Wisdom From Wenchypoo’s Mental Wastebasket. Wenchy Poo Sent me so many articles my head spun. I’ve shared this one for now but hope to share her others from her awesome blog in upcoming carnivals of Nourishment if she will share them again.
Andrea presents Health Benefits of Garlic posted at Travel Vaccinations . Andrea gives us some tips about how to get Garlic in to us. Of course, if you’re Australian, best to buy Teska organic fermented garlic from Europe as there is no selenium in our soils (one of the primary reasons to eat garlic).
Shaheen Lakhan presents GNIF Brain Blogger Integrative Psychiatry: Mental Symptoms and Nutrients posted at GNIF Brain Blogger. Shaheen gives us the lowdown about specific nutrition for mental health. Looking for organic, traditional, whole foods with these nutrients in them will be most effective and most fun.
Barbra Sundquist presents Why I’m Happy To Do Something I Dislike posted at WelcomeJoy.com, saying, “Sometimes the best nourishment comes from nourishing others.” Too true Barbra!
Alex Shalman presents Liquid motivation; posted at Alex Shalman . com - Practical Personal Development about the nourishing qualities of H20.
That concludes this edition. Submit your blog article to the next edition of carnival of nourishment using our carnival submission form. Past and future carnivals can be found on our blog carnival index page.
I’m off to have a glass of water. Thanks Alex.
