Sure Anwar, just making sure you get the most nourishment out of your food. Soaking grains and nuts are an essential part of many traditional wise food ways and for good reason.

Thanks Astrid. Welcome. Yes Nourishment for you. It's a Spiritual energy that has been forgotten in the shadow of the current, more masculine spiritual traditions. Stick around for the competition coming up for bloggers and readers to share their experience of Feminine Spiritual energy.

Karen, I forgot to add my comment to your post. Dandelion is one of my favourite herbs. It's very useful and rich in many nutrients, the most important to me being silica. Funny people think of it as a weed. It's root is great roasted then brewed with Cardamom and fresh ginger, with lashings of raw cream, yum.

I loved Dan's sharing. It reminded me of a few very Nourishing things today when I was feeling gunky.

Keep Nourishing your body and praise it every day, you'll soon feel sexy in a cardboard box. It comes from the inside out. xx

Hi Joanne,

Thanks for including my post. Some great posts - I particularly liked Dan Taylor's on Five Steps to Peace.

LOL at "Get rid of all the clothes that don’t make you feel sexy" - I wouldn't have any clothes left at all!!!!
