Carnival of Nourishment

Carnival of Nourishment: 3rd Edition

By The Nourisher

This month only a few bloggers joined the carnival of nourishment. Blog Carnival.com lost the Carnival of Nourishment somehow. So here are the best of a very small bunch.

JoLynn at The Fit Shack has submitted a great post about Natural Flavour (non-American spelling) What the *** is it? What she’s found is pretty scary.

Amanda Rose at her beautiful site, Rebuild from Depression, writes about Nutrient loss in our food supply and encourages us to choose Heirloom crops to source more nourishment and heal our dying food systems. Very intelligently written.

James D Brausch, The Weight Loss Dude, writes about the Low Fat Lie his, and our government sing to us. He’s found that a high fat diet actually worked for him to lose weight. I wonder has he read Sally Fallon and Mary Enig’s “Eat Fat Lose Fat”?

Finally, Soniya of Masala Mix shares a Southern Indian Recipe, Tamarind Rice.

Hopefully the wonderful people at BlogCarnival.com will find our Carnival and we’ll get plenty more scrumptious goodies next month. Submit your blog article to the next edition of carnival of nourishment using our carnival submission form. Past and future carnivals can be found on our blog carnival index page.
